			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After spending several hours creating what I thought was a great podcast on garageband, I found that I could not upload it as is to either my website or my edublog.  After some frustration and the knowledge that I have to start a new school year on Tuesday, I decided to return to the friendly gcast and create it there.  Here is my gcast podcast.  I am hoping that is is acceptable for my final project submission.  The first image I was going to use is inserted just below this gcast video.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span>My final project was designed for use by the second grade team (4 members including myself), parents (of approximately 80 second graders), and students (80).<span>  </span>I want the teachers to be able to use it to provide information to their classes and parents.<span>  </span>I also want teachers to be able to showcase students work and to share work and projects with eachother, and possibly even other second grade teachers at other schools.<span>  </span>I have not seen a similar site in my district.<span>  </span>I have seen many teacher pages and second grade websites but not collaborative wikisites.<span>   </span>Some of the teachers have limited computer/technology experience so there will be a learning curve in the initial phase. A tutorial for teachers, parents and students will need to be created.<span>   </span>I do believe there will be incentive and motivation once the team sees how easy it is to maintain, and use this wiki site.</span></p>
